Beau Ryan

My name is Beau. I am 37 years old and I currently live in Edina,MN. I am a Real Estate Appraiser by trade. I have rental properties and flip homes as well. I love to golf, play poker, and am a big fan of all sports. Experience: Residentail appraiser for 17 years, rental properties owner and manager for 16 years, and also remodel/flip homes. I am also a licensed realtor, general contractor, and have experience as a mortgage lender. Real Estate Goals: My main goal in real estate is to be financial free. I would like enough income to be produced where my family would not have to work if we didn't want to. I also want to have enough assets for a comfortable retirement. Currently Seeking: I am always on the lookout for partners with varying skill sets and also private lenders. Also in general just good people to chat with and learn about real estate.
