Mike Becher

I am a real estate investor in Syracuse, NY and am primarily interested in buy & hold multifamily properties, but I'm intrigued by the BRRR method as well. I started my real estate adventure in July of 2018 and I currently own & manage 2 properties [4 units] in the Eastwood area of Syracuse. While I'm always thirsty to learn more and development my real estate prowess, I'm energized through my focus of being an investor, property owner & landlord that is above reproach. My goal is to work within my convictions of never taking advantage of others, never treating tenants unfairly, and being someone other investors, contractors and realtors enjoy working with because I'm organized, pay on time and communicate well.
