Currently I'd be termed as a "young professional" working in tech product management. I love home reno and repair projects and I'm learning residential wiring from my grandfather who's been flipping houses for a long time. My partner and I (he does finance and follow through--I do design, research, and planning) are extremely interested in starting out purchasing a small complex in the Raleigh area. Preferably an older complex or converted house that I can work part time updating and managing. We've managed a couple single family rental properties and done most of the updates and repairs ourselves. We are really looking to expand quickly in this beautiful, booming area.
