Currently working as an Asset Management Analyst at Principal Real Estate Investors, helping manage Principal's portfolio in the South East Region with over $1.4B AUM. I.e., managing and underwriting deals 100-1000x the size of what I do on the side. Avid outdoors person and productivity geek.
