About myself
Helping others is what I do best! This has been my slogan for years! I have been a licensed REALTOR in Texas since 1994. I love real estate, I love helping others but in the mist of helping others I have slowly realized that I getting close to 60 and need a retirement plan. My body is not what it used to be, showing houses for hours in high heels can kill your knees. I'm refocusing on investors so that I can start investing. I need a portfolio of investment properties so I can retire. My goal is to have at least 12 properties in the next 5 years. I know real estate, I can put deals together, now I need to do it for myself while helping others!
