I am a System Administrator at an electrical distributor. After 25yrs working for this company, I find myself with a small 401k that will not last but a couple years when(if) I retire and not much faith in mutual funds these days. My wife and I both work full time and as parents of 7 and 4 grandchildren, I need to figure out a better way to support our family and prepare for retirement. I believe investing in real estate is the way for us to achieve this.
