Working in the biggest “fruit” company full time in Bay Area. Turned my first condo into rental property and found I loved it! Super excited when I find BiggerPocket, then purchased 1st investment property in Sacramento this year. Mainly focus on buy and hold rentals - feels like building up my saving account for retirement.
