Brian Lucier

Landlord / Property Manager / Real Estate Investor Brian Lucier has been actively investing in residential apartment buildings in Central Massachusetts since September 2001. In that time Brian has been involved in all aspects of analyzing, inspecting, acquiring, overseeing contractors and the day-to-day property management of all of BHB Group LLC holdings. Mr. Lucier is a volunteer member of the Northern Worcester County Landlord Association (www.nwcla.com). He has been nominated by the NWCLA members to the board of directors and elected by the board of directors to the office of president of the association. Since 2006 he has demonstrated solid and qualified leadership in this role and is directly responsible for charting the growth and development of the association. With over 35 years of marketing and advertising experience, Brian manages the creation and content of the NWCLA’s web site presence as well as all of the other Real Estate company brands he is affiliated. He also is a contributing editor and author responsible for publishing the monthly NWCLA e-Newsletter. The publication is sent to over 780 NWCLA members as well as Housing Court Judges, Court Clerk officials, and many of the guest speakers and affiliated professionals that support the Landlord association throughout the year. Mr. Lucier also holds his active CSL, Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License and has been involved with several apartment building repositioning projects and renovations for smaller to mid-size apartment buildings. Currently Brian has several multi-family holdings in Massachusetts and Texas and holds a single-family rental home in an emerging Florida market. Brian is involved in the day-to-day operations for all of his Real Estate holdings and for the acquisition of large apartment complexes in emerging markets across the United States. As the managing director of BHB Group LLC, Brian is responsible for overseeing the target market selection and analysis, property due diligence, securing funds and acquisitions.
