Ben Grotte

My name is Ben Grotte and I am from Baltimore, MD. A year ago my wife and I decided we wanted to start investing real estate and that began the journey. We were not really sure of any niches and where to begin, but we started reading anything we could get our hands on and a plan began to take shape. I began wholesaling in April of 2014 and am dedicated to improving my business. Right now, I wholesale part-time but am planning to be a full time wholesaler in Baltimore by mid 2015. I have a solid foundation down as to how to successfully wholesale and work with investors, but am not focusing on business process to increase my production as a wholesaler heading into 2015. I am very passionate about real estate and look forward to expanding my view of what I can do in Baltimore. If you want to know me, visit my site at GrotteBuysHouses.com
