Experience: I am a real estate broker / investor in the greater Seattle metro area. I have been in the business for 13 years and have been with Windermere Real Estate the entire time. I currently work out of the Wedgwood office in N. Seattle. My current client base consists of owner-users, investors, and new construction builders. My personal experience with real estate investing is that I currently own my own home, have a single family rental in Seattle, have interest in a rental in Shoreline, and have flipped a home in Seattle as well. Real Estate Goals: I have a number of goals related to real estate as of now. 1) I am looking to flip more homes in the Seattle area. 2) I will be buying out-of-state for cash flow in the near future. 3) I will also be moving some money into a self-directed IRA to invest in notes.
