As a syndication attorney, my specialization in federal securities law allows me to assist sponsor from across the country. My primary focus in law school was in venture law. I participated in the Venture Law Society and the Pioneer Venture Group, a student run venture capital fund. Through a fortunate internship, my focus transitioned to real estate entrepreneurs raising capital through private securities. During law school, I co-owned and operated GOAT Interiors with my wife. GOAT Interiors is a high-end residential interior design firm that is transitioning into providing design services exclusively for spec homes.
