I am a CPA (non-tax practicing) and live in Columbus Ohio. I am interested in buy and hold real estate rentals. Experience: In Summer 2017 I closed on my first SFH in Columbus, that is currently rented out. In total I have 2 SFHs. I do my own property management for all properties. Real Estate Goals: Build a portfolio of real estate properties that will generate gross rental income of $100K per year by 2022. Ultimately Financial Freedom is what I am looking for. We all have our own definition of FF and mine consists of $200K net income per year. Ultimately, my wife and I would love to give back and donate much more than we do now to charities, specifically who help babies and small children. Hopefully using the power of Real Estate we can set up a Not For Profit to directly fund this initiative. Currently Seeking: Currently seeking SFHs or MFHs B and above class in the Columbus OH area.
