I've worked in property management 8 years. I've had my CA Broker's license since 2011. As a real estate agent in Silicon Valley. I've worked as a resident manager, intern, handyman, bookkeeper and property manager for both national property management companies and boutique property management companies. I've rented from section 8 housing all the way up to a penthouse that rented for $25K/month. I now have my own property solutions company. I'm pursuing my MBA while working on my buy and hold rentals.
