Ben Hutto

My name is Ben Hutto and I am originally from Lexington, South Carolina. I graduated from the University of South Carolina in May 2016 with degrees in finance and real estate. I earned my SC Real Estate Broker's License in July of 2016, but due to my current job, the license is inactive (I don't currently work in SC). I'm an asset manager in Richmond Virginia. I manage properties in 9 different states ranging as far north as Burlington, VT and as far south as New Orleans, LA. On the side, I manage a personal property in Columbia, SC and I'm looking to buy a new investment property (single family) in Richmond, VA.
