I'm a part time student, full time employee who just recently welcomed a newborn to my family! My best friend in California introduced me to the idea of real estate investment and flipping and it caught my interest with the potential profit from flipping only a few houses each year and improving the community. This translates in an eagerness to learn and to eventually contribute back to this great forum with experiences and comments. I'm religious and served a mission for the LDS Church, one of the greatest experiences of my life. I'm social and love to hear people's stories and their life adventures. I love to read the epically long sci-fi fantasy books and deeply admire authors like Brandon Sanderson, Robert Jordan, and Terry Goodkind. With a logical mindset and a thirst for learning about REI and the aspects of it I've focused on, I'm determined to change my community, my family, and my life.
