Hello everyone, I'm in my 20s, and I invest in the finger lakes region in Upstate New York. My eventual goal is to quit my job and make an even larger real estate portfolio. Experience: 7 properties, 16 units total (March 2015- Present) 1 Mortgage Note Holder (Jan. 2012-Feb. 2020) Owner of Flintview Property Management LLC (Jan. 2018-Present) Real Estate Goals: 2020 Goals: Obtain between 4-8 units Build a cash reserve of 15k in Capital Expenditures by Aug of 2021 Net 18,000 in Rental Income not including depreciation Currently Seeking: Multi-families 2-4 units
