Benjamin Small

Born and raised in the Jacksonville/Orange Park Florida area. I am currently a Finance and Economics professional with a local, major employer. Did my first real estate deal in 2004 and have done several since. Also, currently working on a Master's of Science degree. I am currently working on a house hack in the 32224 area, managing a rental in 32210 area and looking for additional opportunities. I created an LLC in early 2018 and am working on growing the investment and funding business through Small Endeavors LLC. Experience: I have purchased three properties since 2004. Currently own two properties as investments and looking for more opportunities. Real Estate Goals: I am hoping to transition from single family homes in to multi family properties within the next 1 - 3 years. Currently Seeking: I am looking for opportunities as a lender or financier.
