My name is Ben, I'm 28 years old, and I live in Hopkins MN. I am just starting down the path of real estate investing and looking forward to the journey. My job as an Software Integration Consultant is enjoyable and I'm not looking to replace it but instead supplement that income. I travel out of state during the week but am back on the weekends. The area that I want to get into is single family homes with 2-4 bedrooms and 1-2 baths in Hennipen county selling for under $150,000. I am interesting in the BRRR strategy the most currently but that doesn't mean that's all I'm looking for.
