Benjamin Feltman

I’m Benjamin, an aspiring real estate investor based in Atlanta with a background in hospitality and bartending. I’ve been building my savings, reading BiggerPockets books, and learning how to evaluate deals as I work toward my first property. My longer-term plan is to house hack, but with seven months remaining on my apartment lease, I’m also exploring opportunities to start with a small rental property. I’m interested in multifamily properties, off-market deals, and potential partnerships with investors whose goals align with mine. Down the road, I’d love to use real estate to create supportive sober living housing—building financial independence while providing a place where people can find stability and community. I’m here to build relationships, learn from experienced investors, and find the right first move. I’d especially value connecting with someone who’s open to sharing lessons learned and being a sounding board along the way.
