Benjamin Lingo

Owner of Heritage Contracting, LLC and Hocking Hills Land Development. I graduated from NCSU with a bachelor's in civil engineering and have 20 years of experience in residential and heavy civil construction. My company offers a wide range of residential construction and land development services. We have helped owners complete numerous STRs in the Hocking Hills area, including many non-traditional builds such as luxury treehouses, yurts, shipping containers, grandiose log cabins, lodges, and event centers. I am here to connect with investors and other real estate professionals looking to develop, build, or renovate properties in the Hocking Hills and surrounding area. Additionally, I plan to learn from and partner with those who invest in and develop raw land. I aim to put a team together that would allow me to focus solely on real estate development. With this team, my goal is to purchase raw land, add value to the property through improvements, divide the land into separate parcels, sell them as build-ready, and repeat.
