Benjamin Magnie

I live in Palm Harbor, Florida with my wife and 2 kids. I have been involved in the world of real estate investing for 20 years. For 15 years, my full time job was building and managing a 200 unit MFH portfolio across 2 states, (Florida and Missouri). Ive had a few thousand tenants and have every landlord story you could imagine. My real passion though is helping others. I have always been a teacher at heart, and so I got my real estate license at the start of 2020 so that I could focus all my efforts on helping others learn how to be successful real estate investors. If I'm not working, I'm spending time with my family. I used to have hobbies, but work and family doesn't leave much extra time. Hope to get back to golfing in the next couple years. :)
