Hey I’m Benji from Los Angeles ca My family has built there wealth from zero money when they immigrated from Mexico and used real estate to build wealth and there own retirement not relying on the government. I’m a new investor growing strong by day and learning at a rapid rate and can’t stop the adrenaline of real estate investing. My financial education through bigger pockets and multiple books and family mentors has really given me a different mind set and outlook on life. I know my path and I know what I need to do to get there I praise this site bigger pockets for showing me so much I’ll be forever grateful for all the team members of bigger pockets it’s truly a blessing. I invest in CA And out of state I’m looking to learn from anyone worth learning from and that’s essentially everyone good or bad! I’m looking to build my portfolio as I work my butt off at my w2 truck driving job doing OT. My purpose in life is build a wealth of financial education knowledge that will in turn provide me with the drive and skills to take aggressive action towards my real estate goals that I can pass onto my kids, my family and anyone who will listen and learn my experiences to make people around me better and unlock there full potential.
