Hello and thanks for reading this page. I have been in Real Estate as an investor since 1991, when a friend and I bought our first property from our landlord at the time, and saw the fantastic benefits it brought as a rental. That was the catalyst that started the real estate journey that continues to this day. I have done extensive buy and hold investing, and also BRRRR and fix and flips in Arizona, California, Pennsylvania and Ohio - and Florida where I now reside. With a background in broadcasting and customer relations, but not afraid to wire a circuit or pour a foundation, I approach real estate with a unique combination of investor sensitivity and financial acumen skills. I have multiple doors in 4 states, including both single and multi family; and annual rentals as well as short term vacation homes. Having as an investor, weathered both very strong and very weak markets, in the most volatile real estate environments in the US, gives me the well rounded perspective that is extremely valuable every day, and helps out tremendously with assisting others in building their real estate holdings.
