Hello All, My name is Ben and I am an aspiring investor. I am in a VERY small market and that is making it difficult to get started and similarly difficult to find mentors. Due to the small size of my market it can make properties and other investors hard to come by, so I am here to connect with other investors. I have read many books on property investing, listened to the podcast and watch sever webinars. I am very excited to get started and would appreciate any advice or guidance.
