Lifelong Seattle resident originally from Ballard. I have been interested in real estate and construction from a young age and view real estate investing as an excellent way to build wealth. Although my education has given me a strong understanding of the concepts and math behind real estate investing, it was focused on large commercial projects and didn't get into the nuts and bolts of small-scale investing, which is a very strong area of interest for me. I want to learn more about the various strategies and processes involved with finding goods deals, performing due diligence, getting financed, and managing small multifamily properties. I'm a big fan of the great outdoors and would like my properties to have as limited an impact on the environment as is feasible.
