Ben Morand

After graduating from the University of Florida in 2022 with a degree in Marketing, I set out to create MORAND, a vacation rental management company focused on the utilization of high-end software to modernize client experience and maximize revenue potential. As I expand MORAND, I am looking to grow in two directions, setting targets for both 20 units under management, and our first property acquisition, by year end. With time, I’d like to merge into the traveling professional sector of the industry and become a temporary housing solution for individuals and companies alike. Outside of real estate, I love surfing, snowboarding, hiking, playing soccer, running triathlons, and reading TONS of books!
