Bennett Wiltfang

Bennett Wiltfang is a REALTOR® with a background in law and communication. Born and raised on a farm outside of Grinnell, Bennett has always had a passion for real estate and grew up in an environment where residential and commercial real estate investing was often a topic of conversation. After high school, Bennett attended the University of Iowa to obtain a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and furthered his education at Drake Law School where he achieved a Juris Doctor degree. With continued work in the field of law, Bennett has been able to foray his legal work into real estate success. While Bennett offers services to all buyers and sellers, he specializes in helping both new and experienced investors formulate and evaluate strategies, identify and analyze potential deals, write and negotiate offers and see transactions through to a successful close. Whether finding your next home, growing a real estate portfolio, divesting properties or renting a home, Bennett will work diligently to get the job done.
