Hello, my name is Bennie Williams and I'm a realtor and real estate investor based in Los Angeles, CA. While I might be a new realtor, I have been investing in real estate since 2006. I became a licensed realtor in 2017 and decided to make real estate my full-time occupation in 2022 after spending 25 years working in the television industry. I enjoy working with multi-family investors and fix and flip investors. Working with traditional home buyers and sellers is also fun. In my spare time, I like to DJ and produce music.
