Hi everybody! I'm Benny and my main goal is to invest in either an apartment building and/or mobile home parks as a passive investor. I’m currently in a wheelchair due to a bad basketball injury and in an expensive market as well, therefore I am hoping to connect with out of state investors to pursue better cash flowing deals.
