Rental Property Investor
I’m looking to gain some networking & knowledge from other renal estate investors. My ideal portfolio is of small multi family investments & eventually working up to some larger apartments. My immediate goal is to buy a small multi-family property in the Tri-Cities area of TN/VA. I currently have one rental in middle TN but I’m looking for ways to grow my portfolio.
