I'm a husband and father that buys, sells and invests in rentals here in San Antonio TX. In my spare time I hike, road trip to Colorado and train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I have a small family owned business where we actively wholesale 2-3 houses a month and invest in flipping 2-3 SFR at any given time with a goal of holding 5-10 a year.
