Ben Rutkevitz

I am 40 years old and live in Manhattan, NY. I worked for a real estate lending hedge fund from 2006 - 2009. I started a specialty finance company in 2009 and our focus is on medical financing and hard money real estate lending. My hobbies outside of business are tennis, guitar and meditation. Experience: I have been in the hard money lending space for over 13 years. Initially with a hedgefund that focused on commercial real estate bridge lending and now with my own company. I have invested personally in our company loans as well as a flip I did in CT in 2015. Before the real estate lending career started I worked for a NYC management company and was a real estate agent. Real Estate Goals: Own a portfolio of cash flowing properties. Currently Seeking: Hard Money loan, flipping, rehab and long term hold opportunities.
