Ben Roberts

Hailing from beautiful Memphis, TN, I did my first real estate deal in 2008. I am currently a Project Manager for St Jude, and previously a Data Analyst with a REIT. I run a small wholesaling operation on the side and I'm looking to do 3 buy and hold deals in 2021. Experience: I have done some wholesale deals and learned a lot, bought my first investment in '08. I do leg work for some out of town investors and have built data applications to help find leads. My Day Job: When not doing real estate work, I manage projects and operations for a childhood cancer research hospital. I assist with systems and process improvement, budgets, data analytics / reporting, events management, marketing, strategy, and a few other things. I love creative problems solving and helping my partners achieve their goals. No two days, two people, or two problems are ever alike. Sort of like in real estate.
