Ben Szafran

Ben has a dynamic background in high end residential sales and development from West Palm Beach Fl to Wilmington NC, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to all negotiations. He has successfully navigated challenging market environments, maintaining a high standard of success as a Top Producer throughout his 15+ year career. Ben's primary role is a Listing Specialist, marketing and showcasing Sellers homes to bring maximum profit to the home sale process. He and his Team consistently rank in the Top 5% of all Wilmington area Realtors and having helped over 300 families successfully accomplish their real estate goals. Additionally, Ben aligns his Team with Keller Williams Realty-the Largest Real Estate company in the Nation. Ben is also a former commercial airline pilot. The leadership and technical skills needed to navigate an airplane are expressed today to his real estate clients in the highest level of service and attention to detail. Ben holds a degree in Environmental Studies and land use planning from UNC-Wilmington, an education that fosters his knowledge and awareness of the real estate landscape in Wilmington. Ben is married to MaryChris Pullen, a 3rd generation local from Wrightsville Beach. They have a 13 year old son Cohen and 5 year old daughter Liya. Ben and his family certainly enjoy all of the benefits and beauty the beaches offer. When not marketing his clients fine homes, you can expect to find Ben on a surfboard or hunting for the next investment flip or potential AirBNB home. Ben and his wife own two high end AirBNB properties in the city of Wilmington. MaryChirs' manages additional AirBNB's for their clients. Ben and MaryChris have successfully flipped several homes and have a long term goal to own a portfolio of boutique, STR rental properties. They have assembled a one stop shop operation from real estate sales (Ben), design and property management (MaryChris) and contracting (brother in law Joel Morton).
