I graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Alabama in 2018 and currently reside in Gulf Shores, Alabama, with my wife, two children, and husky. My journey into real estate began in 2021 when I recognized the potential for creating multiple income streams. This is when I began scaling my portfolio. My analytical approach to real estate is grounded in my licenses as a Realtor in both Georgia and Alabama. My wife and I own three short-term rentals and co-host an additional 12 short-term rentals, bringing our total assets to 15 STRs under our supervision. My analytical, engineering mindset shines in my thorough analysis of markets and potential properties. My detailed approach to co-hosting Is perfectly complimented by my wonderful wife Bess who handles all of the guest interaction on a day-to-day basis.
