Architect by day, Real Estate investor by night. Hacking the housing system by living in a 1972 Airstream Sovergn Trailer on the west side of LA with my wife and young son. Interested in buy and hold properties in Central Texas, which is where my heart and extended family is and where I will eventually land after this West Coast stint is over. Also interested in developing a mobile home park in West Texas on some family land.
