I am a Manufacturing Engineer by trade, who fell in love with real estate investing. I love to run numbers (part of being an engineer I suppose) and have a small website that I also practiced my programming on - there are several simple tools on there if anyone is interested. We currently own 9 units, and are looking to continue growing - a "Aim for the Stars, Shoot for the Moon" type of mentality. The ability to scale is something that we are trying to focus on in order to decrease growing pains as we buy more units. As part of the "Aim for the Stars", we are looking for money partners who would be interested in investing a percentage with us - the idea would be that my growing experience would manage the properties while the money partners would collect a passive income.
