David McBrayer

Hello and thank you for stopping by. My name is David and I am a Real Estate Investor who is living the good life in sunny South Florida. However, the city I like to invest in the most is Winter Haven, FL,. Which is located in Central Florida It is the home of 50 fresh water lakes and I was born in W.H. To me, you get more bang for your buck there vs here in South Florida. Plus there are those 50 fresh water lakes in W.H.!!! I became medically disabled from a car accident and was kind of forced into real estate investing. I just wish I had done it sooner. Since I cannot really do much work myself, I use a Property Management Company to handle my properties day to day operations and problems. That is one reason I tend to keep my investment properties in the Polk County area.
