Currently a working stiff looking for an escape from the 9-5. My grandparents had a duplex and a 8 unit apartment that I would help maintain as a child along side my grandfather. My mother started buy and sell and SFRs. Now I am following in their foot steps. I am a DIY'er and enjoy taking something that needs work and making it look great. Whether that is a house, car, or any odd thing I could clean up for a profit. Experience: I currently have 4 SFRs and one primary residence. Currently looking to sell our primary residence in Long Beach, CA and relocate to Prescott, AZ. Once there I am looking to acquire additional SFRs Real Estate Goals: My goal is to get enough properties in my portfolio to allow enough steady income to semi-retire. Currently I only have SFRs, but would like to expand into a 4 plex or greater. I am very interested in the BRRR strategy. Currently Seeking: Additional RE knowledge
