Newbie investor/author/broker who learned about the Bigger Pockets community from Rod Khleif and Holly McCann podcasts. Spent nearly 30 years fighting the endless fraudulent and inflated claims so widespread in California, before leaving that grind to join my wife in real estate investing. She's a gifted home remodeling/redesign expert. I just got broker's license in California and Georgia, and we're moving to Atlanta to find 2-3 homes per year, including one to 'hack'--live in, remodel (preferably without too major a teardown) , and resell.
