Greater Boston Realtor | Real Estate Investor & Owner Mulholland Properties | Co-Founder of Women's Investment Network Greater Boston My interest in real estate developed during the course of purchasing our first home and falling (somewhat unintentionally) into an opportunity to leverage our property in an incredibly hot market. While our investment plans ended up shifting, the seed had been planted and I realized the endless possibilities that pursuing real estate would provide. Through my business I have been able to work towards creating financial freedom for my family and help others to achieve their own financial and personal goals. In the process of working to grow and develop my business I discovered a passion for supporting other women as they pursue their goals, which lead to the creation of Women’s Investment Network, a community for women who want to invest in themselves and their futures. My husband and I co-own our real estate investing business, and are continuing to work to expand our portfolio. Our strategies include out of state investing in both long term rental properties and short term rental properties, as well as local fix and flip projects. We currently manage all of our properties and projects ourselves, though will be employing outside management as we grow our long term rental portfolio. In addition to investing, we also advise other investors in the areas of out of state investing, short term rental investments and self management. We are always more than happy to share our knowledge with other investors looking to break into new strategies.
