I have been a real estate broker and team leader in the greater Seattle area for over 20 years. I purchased my first rental in 2002. I have always been passionate about the value of real estate investing as a vehicle to achieving financial freedom. I have purchased numerous properties in the Seattle market mostly as BRRR long term hold investments. Currently, I am wanting to learn about investing in other out of state markets with better cash flow. When I am not working I love to go on road trips with my husband and 3 kids.
