I've lived in San Antonio for 20 plus years and I've been having such a great time getting to know our city from a real estate perspective. After watching our first BP webinar in September of 2016, my partner and I shook hands and agreed to purchase one house within a year. A year and a half later, we just finished rehabbing and filling our eighth door! It’s now April 2019, just stabilized a triplex in Dignowity Hill. Will close on another Diggy Hill property next week. We plan to make it a live in flip and build a duplex at the back of the property. April 2020 - bought a 4 bedroom/2 bath house that I renovated and sold owner finance. Along the way we picked up some rehab projects for other investors, so we are currently doing one of those now. Looking for the next deal! November 2020 update - finishing up rehab of a 5 unit property. Two units are completed. One is rented and the second is an Airbnb.
