I have been a real estate investor since 1997. As a Realtor then, I was amazed to see how clients were building their long term wealth through buying and fixing and holding or flipping homes. I began my journey with buying a builders model, and soon added numerous properties to my portfolio. Some I keep as long term rentals, many I fix up and sell.
