My name is Brenton. I am a CPA but I left public accounting about five years ago and I now work as the Controller for a specialty home remodeler. While I was in public accounting I worked primarily with smaller privately held business doing compilation, review, and tax work. Experience: I have been educating myself through books, BiggerPockets forum posts, BiggerPockets Podcast, and networking with other investors in my area. I purchased my first SFH in September 2017 and now I have 7 units. Real Estate Goals: To replace all my W2 income with passive income from rental properties so that I can be present at my son’s extracurricular activities and travel the world while I am still young enough to enjoy the experiences.
