I have a breadth of real estate experience and extensive knowledge in acquiring, improving, creating, and managing vacation and short-term rental properties. Also have experience developing in this niche, as well as condo conversions, distressed acquisitions, and private equity funded commercial developments. Recently I orchestrated the acquisition of The Little Daisy Hotel Mansion in Jerome and am the managing partner overseeing its restoration and development. Our vision is not only restore and improve The Little Daisy but to also turn into the most unique and exclusive vacation rental experience in Arizona. Over the years, I dabbled in several real estate niches but developed a real expertise in vacation rental and short term rental properties in particular. I never looked back after I acquired and improved my first trustee sale (foreclosure auction) property in Sedona, AZ. I went on to complete numerous value add real estate projects and have become a limited partner in several private equity ground up developments, value-add and adaptive commercial reuse projects in Downtown Phoenix. I also founded a vacation rental management company that managed and operated 30+ short term vacation rental properties in Flagstaff, Sedona, Phoenix, Tempe, and Scottsdale. I become an expert on condo HOAs having served as the President of the Sedona Sunrise HOA, transitioning the HOA from developer control to community governed HOA that had 95% units as vacation rentals. Before founding NAZ Investments, LLC, I was an early Bitcoin investor and trader having developed an arbitrage bitcoin trading strategy in Australian OTC markets. I have stayed active in crypto markets over the years and am a “hodler” from the bitcoin class of 2012. I have crypto as collateral in real estate acquisitions and vice versa, have used real estate equity acquiring crypto assets. I hold a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the W. A. Franke College of Business, Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, AZ. In my leisure time, I stay active in the gym, hike, mountain bike, ski, play poker, and on occasion tennis. I was a D-1 collegiate tennis player for Northern Arizona University and professional tennis player having earned singles world ranking points on the ATP World Tour in 2011-2012.
