I'm an RN and work remotely as a Case Manager and have some flexibility as to where I live. I just closed on my first deal, and have those proceeds stashed so that I can find another fixer-upper. I am very interested in Opportunity Zones and maximizing zoning. I did pass the real estate exam but I haven't figured out a way to do the required two years working under a broker in order to get the broker's license.
