Holly Baldwin

Hi there! I am a Realtor® in Northern Utah. I mainly work in Davis and Weber counties. My husband, Brandon Baldwin, and I have two children and a passion for real estate investing. We sold our first single family rental property (in the Phoenix area) in 2017 and did a 1031 exchange into three single family rental homes in the Columbus, Ohio market. We are currently looking for more properties in the Columbus area as well as any other state where we can make the numbers work. We are mainly buy-and-hold investors, however, we are exploring the idea of investing in multi-family properties.
