I had been dreaming about getting involved in Real Estate ever since we landed in the United States. Having had investments in India and promoting a few properties there gave me the confidence to jump into Full time Real Estate Consulting and Investing here. We love helping people realise their dreams and goals. We look forward to helping a lot more people in this industry. We currently have two retirement communities in India. Would love to own and operate Retirement communities in the USA. Update feb 2018, we bought our first Assisted living in Oct. 2016 and we are working on acquiring another one next month. both are licensed for 20 beds.. November 2020 - we just closed on two more facilities bringing our total to 140 beds with 8 facilities.. we hope to grow to 1000 beds in the next few years.. Experience: We lived in Southbend, IN (98-05) before moving to Detroit area. We bought our first home in 98 and sold it in 05. I also had a 2 unit and a 3 unit investment property for almost 5 years. Didn't have the support and help to understand holding on long term. Maybe this time around I will be more focused in creating wealth. Real Estate Goals: My wife has been working as a Physical therapist for a long time.. and ideally she would love to work on interior design and staging properties. I would love to see her retire soon. My daughter and her husband live in Dallas and want to get involved in REI. I would love to own a few apartment complexes, own and operate Retirement communities, assisted living facilities etc., Currently Seeking: Thinking about multi units and existing Assisted Living Facilities. Would love to work with Investors and Lenders.
