Evaristo Urbaez

Hi my name is Evaristo Urbaez and I have just recently made the decision to begin my journey in following my passion that I've had, for quite some time, for real estate investing. I currently work 50 to 60 hrs/week. I have been taken courses at a local college and I'm entering into a Nursing program in 8/2016. I am a proud father of two and I'm engaged to a wonderful woman. I realized I needed to make a change to begin investing into myself in order to change my current financial situation from now until I enter into the Nursing program in order for me to ensure my success in it. It is an extremely demanding endeavor that I am partaking in and I am willing to take the necessary steps I need to in order for me to alleviate myself from needing to work so much to not only keep my mortgage paid but to also continue to support my family while in the program.
